Andrew Schmitz is a graduate of Century High School. He went on to play college golf at BSC for one year. After that, Andrew moved to Arizona and worked at Lone Tree Golf Club for 10 years, 5 years as the Head Golf Professional. Andrew is a Class A Member of the P.G.A. of America and is employed by the Bismarck Parks and Rec Department. He has coached the girls team since 2012 and the boys team since 2014. Andy is married to his wife Danna and they have a son, Cam.


Scott Bergan Boys Co-Head Coach

Scott graduated from BHS in 1990 where he played varsity tennis. Scott, who attended NDSU, has been employed with Presort Plus, LLC for 26 years. He has been the assistant coach at Simle Middle School for 2 seasons and the boys head coach at Horizon Middle School for 6 years. He was also the assistant coach for 2 seasons for the St. Mary's boys. Scott was the co-head coach for the 2014 BHS girls golf team and the 2016 St Mary's girls golf team when each won the state title.

Lindsay Reede Girls Head Coach

Lindsay played 7 years of competitive golf. She played for Bismarck High School, Century High School, and Bismarck State College at the collegiate level. In the winters Lindsay heads south to La Quinta, California where she works as an Assistant Golf Professional and an a Assistant Tournament Coordinator. She is finising up with her degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Dickinson State College. Lindsay is also the head girls golf coach for Century High School.

Andrew Schmitz  

Kristy played 5 years of varsity golf for Mandan High and went on to play college golf at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN where she was name a First Team All American, MIAC Player of the Year, and placed 5th at the Division III Women's National Golf Championship.  In 2013 she won the North Dakota State Women's Stroke Play Championship and was the 2012 and 2013 Prairie West Women's Champion. She was inducted into the Macalester Athletic Hall of Fame in 2015. She teaches Art for Bismarck Public Schools. Kristy and her husband Jason have 4 children, Ella, Hattie, James and Henry
